As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of commercial real estate matters. From acquisitions and disposals to landlord and tenant issues, you will provide expert legal advice and representation to our clients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting legal research and analysis pertaining to commercial property transactions.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Advising clients on property development, planning, and zoning regulations.
• Negotiating terms and conditions with counterparties, including developers, landlords, tenants, and lenders.
• Managing due diligence processes and identifying potential risks associated with transactions.
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
• Providing strategic advice to clients on property investment opportunities and portfolio management.
