  • Providing exceptional support to a range of clients and users across the business
  • Working with the most uptodate technology to resolve incidents and provide resolutions in accordance to company expectations
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers and engineers to problemsolve issues with onsite and remote staff

You need to have

  • Experience working with an IT team
