London South Bank University is thrilled to be hiring for the Academic Service position of Data Officer in the department of Student Operations.

The department provides central support for students throughout their time at the University from admission through to graduation and to manage and develop a range of operations and systems which are key to the overall functioning of the Registrar's Department.

Student Operations work to identify how to deploy and develop organisational structures, practices, policies, and technology to meet the current and future needs of the University and particularly its students.

Working closely with internal staff and academics, the role will entail providing customized reports and timetabling data for our Apprenticeship department.

The chosen applicant will have the chance to enhance our processes' supporting systems, including the student records and report-generating systems.

About You:

Extensive MS Access experience in building queries and extracting data from rational databases.
MS Excel experience for formatting and deliver of reports to users.
Excellent communication skills for guiding users and creating guidance documents.
