- Control of all IT Procurement from order to invoice, ensuring that all procedures are followed
- Ordering of all hardware and software from 3rd party vendors
- Prepare and manage the invoice process
- Working in line with agreed Service Levels / KPi's
- Review and identify areas of improvement in the procurement process
- Monthly reporting
- Administrator with solid experience of customer management and a full understanding of Procurement and Asset management in an IT environment.
- Experience of building effective relationships with 3rd party service providers.
- Collaborative and an effective communicator with an attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Live locally to the Leatherhead office. 3 days p/week on site, 2 days p/week remote work. However the ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to meet the demands of the business when there are a mobilisation projects that requrie rapid turnovers.
- 12 month rolling contract paying between £ daily inside IR35.
- 3 days p/week on site in Leatherhead, 2 days p/week remote.
