We are looking for a developing Storage expert to join our team as a Technical Consultant.

    Job Summary:

    As a Technical Consultant, you will be a key contributor in designing, implementing, and managing storage solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions to meet their business needs. The role requires a combination of on-site and remote work, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary to meet project timelines and client needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, and deploy storage solutions for clients.
    • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for environments.
    • Possess very strong communication and customer facing skills
    • Collaborate with clients to assess their requirements and recommend appropriate technical services
    • Conduct assessments and audits of existing environments.
    • Work closely with other technical consultants and project teams to deliver seamless solutions.
    • Share knowledge and provide training to clients and team members as needed.
    • Prepare documentation, including designs, technical guides and project reports.
    • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Be available to work evenings and weekends as required for project demands.

    Qualifications:

    • NCDA accreditation (NetApp Certified Data Administrator) is required.
    • Knowledge of NetApp storage solutions and technologies.
    • Experience with data management, data protection, and storage optimization.
    • Familiarity with VMware, Linux, and Windows environments.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to spend 40% of the time on-site with customers and 60% remote.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
    • Valid UK driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites as required.
