The Company:


A modern market research agency who are growing rapidly are looking for a Senior Research Manager to join their team.

They specialise in providing cutting-edge, modern research solution to clients through their platform that provides real-time data. Theyare now Looking for a Senior Research Manager to head of their growing client success team. Within this role you will be leading the research team and client deliverables across the company.


The Role:


  • Work directly with clients to build longterm partnerships and grow revenues.
  • Input to the Product roadmap, representing client and market requirements.
  • Work within the Leadership and Management Team to ensure that the company strategy is delivered.
  • Drive commercial opportunity across the organisation, managing an active client pipeline, uncovering opportunities to crosssell and scale clients.
  • Be the "go to" person for all things quantitative research related.
  • A strong, confident leader with excellent people skills, working within projects as well as leading them. A role model for driving change and transformation.
  • You will have great communication skills, being clear, confident, persuasive, and empathetic both internally and externally.
  • Support for every department, always looking for changes and improvements.
  • 6+ years' experience in client facing or senior stakeholder facing environments, leading BI & analytics projects, commercial discussions, with data scientists, researchers, or consultants.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (like Power BI, Tableau), data visualisation, and bespoke software development process is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent written, visual, and oral communication including storytelling.
