The Company:

A modern market research agency who are growing rapidly are looking for a Senior Research Manager to join their team.

They specialise in providing cutting-edge, modern research solution to clients through their platform that provides real-time data. Theyare now Looking for a Senior Research Manager to head of their growing client success team. Within this role you will be leading the research team and client deliverables across the company.

The Role:

Work directly with clients to build longterm partnerships and grow revenues.
Input to the Product roadmap, representing client and market requirements.
Work within the Leadership and Management Team to ensure that the company strategy is delivered.
Drive commercial opportunity across the organisation, managing an active client pipeline, uncovering opportunities to crosssell and scale clients.
Be the "go to" person for all things quantitative research related.
A strong, confident leader with excellent people skills, working within projects as well as leading them. A role model for driving change and transformation.
You will have great communication skills, being clear, confident, persuasive, and empathetic both internally and externally.
Support for every department, always looking for changes and improvements.
6+ years' experience in client facing or senior stakeholder facing environments, leading BI & analytics projects, commercial discussions, with data scientists, researchers, or consultants.
Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (like Power BI, Tableau), data visualisation, and bespoke software development process is preferred.
Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent written, visual, and oral communication including storytelling.
