Are you a skilled and dedicated maintenance Multi Trader looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? We're seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team and help maintain social housing properties to the highest standards

London Salary:

Equivalent to £43k per year Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours Responsibilities for the Multi Trader role: Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.

Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.

Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.

Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.


Requirements for theMulti Trader role:
Proven experience as a maintenance Multi Trader.

Strong Multi Trade skills and ability to complete maintenance repairs.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver's licence.


Qualifications for the Multi Traderrole:
NVQ Certification or training inrelated field.

Experience working in social housing or similar environments.
