Walker & Sloan, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Project Manager for our client, a well-established Regional Tier 2 Contractor based in Bristol.

• Oversee and manage multiple projects in various sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, and residential.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines to ensure adherence to client expectations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate and manage project resources, ensuring efficient utilization and allocation.
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on all project sites.
• Manage project risks and proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management software and tools
