- Scope for progression Key Responsibilities for Team Leader/Supervisor
- Ensure the venue is ready for opening time
- The Team Leader/Supervisor to Brief and coordinate all relevant staff and team members to deliver a professional and efficient service
- To ensure portion control, staff meal allowances and wastage in accordance with departmental policies the Team Leader to Order and receive goods
- Assist with Stock taking
- Receive and record customer feedback
- Report defects, repairs and maintenance issues to the line manager
- Promote a customer friendly service; to be courteous, respectful and welcoming to all customers
- To manage annual leave requests ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
- To assist the line manager with monitoring and managing staff absence
- Foster a positive working environment and promote team work
- Assist in identifying areas of customer service where improvements can be made, and helping to implement solutions
- Provide a fast and efficient service at all times
