    The ideal candidate will be a chartered planner with a passion for urban development and a track record of delivering successful projects.

    Lead the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals, and other planning documents.

    • Conduct research and analysis to support project feasibility studies and planning strategies.
    • Engage with stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, and community groups, to ensure project objectives are met.
    • Provide expert advice on planning policy, legislation, and best practices.
    • Contribute to the development of innovative planning solutions that promote sustainability and resilience.
    Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or equivalent professional qualification.

    • Proven experience in town planning, preferably within a consultancy or local authority setting.
    • Strong understanding of UK planning legislation, policies, and procedures.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
    • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as GIS and planning software, is desirable but not essential.
    Competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
