- Proven experience in town planning, preferably within a consultancy or local authority setting.
- Strong understanding of UK planning legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as GIS and planning software, is desirable but not essential.
