    Description

    An opportunity has arisen to join an outstanding Social Housing provider in Cornwall to head up the Energy Efficiency department on a full-time, permanent basis.

    The role as the Head of Energy Efficient would primarily involve leading on the delivery and coordination of the energy investment programme for the future of the property portfolio of the Social Housing provider.

    reporting on any energy improvements; and managing the energy efficiency team
    Contractor management and procurement to ensure works are carried out according to the specified timeline
    To act as the Retrofit Coordinator to upgrade the affordable properties
    Experience and qualifications in Domestic Energy Assessments
    Experience and qualifications in Building Surveying, Retrofit or equivalent
    A full driving license
    Experience in advising on energy efficiency
