- Support managers in disciplinary processes, career development initiatives, and compensation and benefits reviews.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
- Previous experience in a broad, generalist HR role, preferably at HRBP or Senior HR Advisor level.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and development of HR practices.
- High potential individuals with a clear trajectory for future career progression are preferred. Bachelor's degree in HR, CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification would be a nice to have, but not must have.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
