We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic team, primarily supporting businesses within the infrastructure segment.

The successful candidate will excel in handling employee relations matters and will play a crucial role in providing HR support to managers across various departments.

As the company is continuously exploring M&A opportunities, experience in TUPE, redundancy, and change management would be advantageous.

Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, with a focus on employee relations.

• Support managers in disciplinary processes, career development initiatives, and compensation and benefits reviews.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
• Previous experience in a broad, generalist HR role, preferably at HRBP or Senior HR Advisor level.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and development of HR practices.
• High potential individuals with a clear trajectory for future career progression are preferred. Bachelor's degree in HR, CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification would be a nice to have, but not must have.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

While location is flexible, candidates within an hour's commute of Leicester are preferred to facilitate regular meetings with the HR team
