    Company Description Peter Fitzpatrick Ltd is a long running, family owned quarrying and asphalt contracting business based in Hilltown, Co.

    The business has been producing and supplying quarry products for 65 years, producing asphalt products for 27 years and providing asphalt contracting works for 25 years.

    The company has recently secured two Department for Infrastructure term contracts adding to recent considerable growth in sales and creating an exciting time to come on board.

    This is a full-time role, based out of Hilltown, Co. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of assigned asphalt surfacing projects.

    This includes planning and organising project schedules, managing the budget, coordinating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

    The Contract Manager will also be responsible for tendering and quotations, monitoring project progress, measuring and quantifying site works, producing payment applications, resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring quality control.

    Experience in asphalt surfacing and construction project management
    Strong organizational and time management skills
    Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
