    Role Description

    We are currently offering a 3-month rolling contract for an experienced Patient Engagement Lead, with an immediate start date, and the day rate is TBC.

    As a Patient Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating patient engagement initiatives on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing patient engagement strategies, gathering and analyzing patient feedback, coordinating patient events and programs, and collaborating with internal teams to improve patient experience. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients effectively engage with their patients and enhance overall patient satisfaction.

    The role is centred on enhancing patient care and outcomes through collaboration with healthcare entities, educational bodies, and charities. It emphasizes, innovative solutions, and awareness. The role's duties include leading personalized care efforts, fostering patient engagement in program design, and managing a patient partnership initiative.

    Objectives

    The objective is to champion patient involvement, develop diverse patient networks, and promote inclusive participation. The role involves key interactions with internal management and external stakeholders, aiming to set a standard inpatient collaboration and improve care quality by understanding patient needs.
