We are seeking an M&A Underwriter to manage and lead a highly reputable and successful M&A underwriting team on a permanent basis.

You will contribute to strategic and profitable growth through the delivery of high-quality reinsurance and M&A underwriting services.

Work closely with the Head of European Underwriting to develop and implement the departmental business planCultivate profitable business and be accountable for profitable underwriting performanceNegotiate and maximise business profitability by means of effective underwriting decisions and techniquesContribute to the business development strategyDevelop and maintain a good working relationship with key London M&A BrokersCarry out yearly audit of underwriting files and processThe successful candidate will have/be:
