The role:

Responsibilities:

Carry out regular patrols of NPC car parks located in various areas of
North East and South East London using your own scooter (required) paid mileage allowance included in the package

Issuing enforcement notices to vehicles contravening the site specific regulations
Precise and immediate reporting of all incidents and issues to the Line Manager
Frontline machine maintenance when required
Providing excellent customer service and assist car park users when required

Skills:

Good problem and analytical solving skills
Being selfdriven and proactive
Wellorganised and great attention to detail
Good verbal and overall communication skills
