My client, located in North Bristol, is seeking to expand their team and has an opening for a Land / Measured Building Surveyor. The ideal candidate should have a solid track record in conducting Measured building surveys or topographical surveys. They can be situated anywhere between Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon, and Newport.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting Measured building surveys
- Performing Land / Topographical surveys
- Handling Auto Cad data processing
- Working with and processing pointcloud data
Offered is the opportunity to join a dynamic and growing survey specialist that can provide professional training to enhance your skills in topographical and measured building surveys. This position is suitable for a surveyor with some experience in topo or MBS surveys seeking developmental opportunities within a company offering training.
The compensation includes a salary range of £24,000 - £40,000 plus overtime and benefits.
