A rare opportunity has arisen for a Partner to join our Corporate team based in Kent.


Top tier ranked law firm seeking to recruit a Corporate Partner to join a successful and dynamic corporate team, working on some of the biggest and most complex transactions in the region.


The firm are a leading law firm of choice in the South East, which prides itself on delivering quality service and value to clients through continuous innovation, robust management practice and a commitment to excellence.


Experience working as part of a team on corporate deals, and to have general experience in advising on company law matters.

Some experience of banking law would be a bonus but is not essential.
