Our client is a successful, professional and long-established and growing main contractor based in Bristol, specialising in a variety of new build and furbishment projects across Commercial, Education and Public sectors.

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join the team working initially on a £3m refurbishment and construction project at Bristol airport The project is a refurbishment and construction of a new mezzanine level.

You will be responsible for leading the day to day delivery aspects of the project, overseeing H&S, sub-contractors, direct and indirect workforce.

Each ongoing project will be varied and local, and the company is able to offer excellent career progression for hard working, loyal individuals.

PLEASE NOTE - this role requires more advanced than usual Systems, I.T and process skills and would suit someone very strong with systems.

• You will have solid experience with either a national or regional main contractor
• Valid SMSTS/First Aid is essential
• Experience working within a Systems and process driven environment
• Excellent I.T skills across a variety of programs
• Demonstrable experience of delivering refurbishment and new build projects
• Proven experience in managing sub-contractors and direct work-force
