TGRC are delighted to be partnered with an international real estate consultancy who are leaders in delivering energy improvement & optimisation advice.

Conducting IES VE modeling for various building types to achieve energy optimization and decarbonization.

Capable of advising clients and project leaders on the technical and economic performance of diverse low-carbon energy solutions, sustainable measures, technologies, and comprehensive built environment solutions.

Delivering professional services such as: Non-domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) reports, ADL2A dynamic simulations and SBEM calculations.

Offering quality assurance support as needed.
Previous experience in a commercial property environment preferable
An in depth-knowledge of IES or similar software
Qualified level 3 or 4 non domestic energy assessor. A good understanding of mechanical design
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
Driving licence essential
Is required to be flexible and have the ability to work in a time-sensitive situation
