Customer Service Advisor

Based in Wednesbury

Full-time

12 month MAT Cover (Permanent opportunities for the right person)

M-F 9.00am - 5.00pm (1 hours lunch)

£22k - £25k
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Wednesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national company and a great team. If you have similar experience we would love to hear from you

Duties:

Able to deliver feedback.
Deal with customer enquiry's from start to finish.
Liaise with all internal departments
Support continuous improvement proposals.
Maintain accurate manual records.
Work with teams formulating solutions & best practice.
Analysing data & feedback with the wider team supporting.

Requirements:

Experience within a similar role.
Good communication skills.
Organised and able to prioritise.
