    Location: UK, Birmingham client site x 5 days per week

    Working hours/shifts: Full Time, 37.5 hours/week

    Employment Type: 6 months Fixed Term Assignment

    What does a "day in the life" of my new team look like?

    You'll work onsite with our Investment Banking client in Birmingham, partnering with Senior Stakeholders and Attraction Teams to deliver recruitment services in line with agreed service levels and campaigns. This will involve the end-to-end process for their apprenticeship programmes.

    With a clear focus on Early Careers Recruitment, you'll manage the apprenticeship programs covering seasonal recruitment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide a high level of candidate care by ensuring best practice selection methods are followed and frequent communication is deployed
    • Add value to your business area through awareness and understanding of recruitment skills, trends and graduate market knowledge
    • Maintain the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity
    • Oversee the screening of candidates completed by the screening and admin team
    • Facilitate the interview and assessment selection process utilising the appropriate exercises templates
    • Oversee the offer and on-boarding of early career candidates

    What do I need to succeed in this role?

    Must haves:

    • Early Careers and Campus recruitment experience and market knowledge of working with third parties in this environment (minimum of 1 years experience in a Campus Recruiter role - at least one campaign cycle)
    • Track record of delivering end-to-end campaigns and targeted solutions
    • Strong operational ability, able to operate in a high volume, fast-paced and process-driven environment
    • This is a key role that requires a responsive, strategic and client-facing individual
    • Ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management to agree a change of direction or new process
    • Experience of developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes (e.g. decreased time to hire, increased quality of hire)

    Nice to Haves:

    • Presentation skills – verbal and in-person
    • Data analysis skills with an ability to analyse and report

    Who will I be working with?

    Within Early Careers, you'll partner with Talent Attraction Teams and Senior Stakeholders within the client to deliver these projects, working and building relationships with stakeholders in third party organisations such as governing bodies and universities to ensure your pool of candidates remains healthy.
