This leading public sector firm is looking to hire an experienced lawyer to work on a broad range of procurement projects for both public sector and private clients, predominantly in the health, local government, emergency services and social housing sectors.

The team advises on market leading matters in the PFI / Projects / Infrastructure arenas in addition to procurement disputes including design and construction disputes, operational disputes particularly in relation to payment disputes and fire safety disputes and termination disputes.

The team adopts a cradle to grave approach and covers the full cycle of procurement matters including design, drafting, delivering training and ongoing support.

Ideally you will have a solid understanding of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Concession Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 and an awareness of the Procurement Act 2023 reforms, PPNs and key procurement case law.
