Introduction to the Position:
Our client is seeking a Workday Financials Specialist to enhance their Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Joining a team of three specialists, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining the O2C functions within our client's established Workday system.

With the business having been live on Workday for several years and the system is stable, this position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze current O2C processes within the Workday system.
Identify areas for improvement and optimization in O2C processes, leveraging Workday functionality and best practices.
Configure and customize Workday Financial modules related to O2C, such as Billing, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition.
Lead testing efforts for O2C enhancements and configurations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for O2C processes within the Workday system, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.

Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Financials, providing guidance and training to end-users as needed.

Proven experience working with Workday Financials, with a focus on O2C processes.
Strong understanding of O2C principles, including billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
Experience configuring and customizing Workday Financial modules to meet business needs.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into Workday solutions.
