The opportunity
The purpose of the Sales Excellence Project Leader is to support and implement sales excellence initiatives and standards in RBU. This role requires the individual engage directly with multiple stakeholders in the RBU and in the Global Sales Enablement function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant, diverse sales team that has client obsession and people excellence at its heart.

Role and responsibilities:

Support the Industry and Country Sales Directors with the content of their sales plans
Support on building and implementing the Sales Academy for the RBU
Coordinate internal (sales) communication (gather stories, ensure timely delivery of input etc.)
Quantity and quality assurance of references
Single Point of Contact for Market Intelligence information
Support all other Sales Excellence activities where and when needed

Required skills and experience:

Sales / business administration background
Excellent in keeping overview and structuring
Creative thinker
Very much "handson" attitude
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
Experienced in Salesforce
Trustworthy, transparent, ethical and operate with high integrity
A proactive advocate of diversity and inclusion
Outstanding communication skills
A commitment to environmentally sustainable business practices and decarbonisation
