Full-time or Part Time available

Full time-£22,814 + £1,500 shift allowance

We are seeking a
Contact Centre Advisor who is passionate about ensuring that all our patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

-
Speaking on the phone with patients and clinical staff, both inbound and outbound calls

Escalating clinical concerns to our trained team of nurses
Working quickly to
organise replacement staff for visits covering unplanned absence

Inputting data and making amendments on the scheduling system

Ensuring quality standards are adhered to and exceeded at all times

Experience Required:

Excellent
customer service skills and a good
telephone manner:

-
Admin and organisational skills:

A healthcare background would be useful but not a deal breaker
Excellent
problemsolving skills and able to work effectively as part of a team
You'll need to be computer literate

Role requirements:

40 hours per week over 5 days with 1 hour lunch break
Happy to work evenings and weekends.
Our team work on a rota across Mon-Sun and between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
Shifts are 7am4pm or 1pm10pm
Compulsory Working 1 weekend in
Part time Weekend shifts
7am4pm or 1pm10pm
Part time Evening Shifts
4pm10pm
