- The annual budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial plans.
- Monthly & quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary, to provide insights into business performance.
- And maintain financial models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and business initiatives.
- Key financial metrics and trends to identify risks and opportunities, and make recommendations for improvement.
- With cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ad-hoc analysis and decision support to senior management as needed.
- Qualified. ACA/ACCA or equivalent, ACA audit qualified with Big 4 is strongly desired.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) is a plus.
- To communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
- Track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
