A unique opportunity to join a global leader in telecommunications is available through Reed Finance.

Based in Slough, this company are seeking a Finance Manager to join their UK subsidiary, who can help play a key bridge between the UK and China HQ, oversee the small finance function, and take ownership of all financial reporting and management accounts.

Reporting into the UKMD and Snr Finance Manager (China) with two direct reports, this is a multi-faceted role with broad responsibilities.

You will thrive in a collaborative environment, be very hands-on, and happy to take on reasonable ad hoc duties.

This opportunity would be ideal for someone used to being the sole finance person or part of a small team within an SME environment.

Key Responsibilities:

All aspects of Management Accounts, Month End, quarterly & annual reconciliations.
Financial Reporting to key stakeholders both in UK and China
Cash flow forecasting, budgets
Oversee financial procedures, standards, and compliance
Be a key part of communication between the UK and HQ overseas, provide insight into company accounts and processes. Assess the overall health of the UK office finances.
Compile and submit KPI reports, analyse industry trends
Oversee the work of two PQ accountants, supervising and being involved with the recruitment process where appropriate.

You need to be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum 3 years PQE.

You will have excellent attention to detail, be able to multitask, and work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary is £55-65k depending on experience with an annual bonus.
