  • The ability to communicate effectively, picking up on our brand tone of voice in both written and verbal communication
  • Resilience to tackle challenging situations and, on occasions, very high volumes of traffic

What you'll be doing (in a nutshell):

You'll be the first line of contact for our globally expanding product, driving an excellent customer experience every step of the way.

You can expect to collaborate with our product and operational teams to minimise product issues, as well as feedback on services and process improvements.

You'll have the scope and opportunity to be involved with other areas of the business and bring your ideas and problem solving skills to the wider team.

You'll be liaising with a broad spectrum of people, internally and externally, including third-party businesses, partnerships, marketing, product & engineering, and our colleagues in Australia, working collaboratively towards a common goal.


Day to day you can expect to:

  • Work to create a world-class experience for our customers
  • Answer customer calls
  • Reach out to and connect with our customers to gather feedback
  • Liaise with the product team (and others) to enhance our platform

Second stage interview:
a 1 hour Zoom call with Sarah Mannion, the Director for Process Excellence.
