    As a Business Account Manager your main focus will be in driving sales development across the grocery channel.

    You'll work alongside the Sales Director to build brilliant relationships with a breadth of Internal stakeholders and External contacts, define sales strategies, targets, programs, commercial initiatives and promotional policies.

    This role will require drive, ambition and enthusiasm, combined with a high level of technical skills such as selling, negotiation, forecasting and commercial awareness; A key aspect of this role will be the daily interaction with other functions within the business, applicants will need to demonstrate success in working as part of a cross functional team.

    Prepare an annual sales plan and deliver against agreed KPIs.
    Deliver financial and volume forecast accuracy on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
    Effectively translate customer strategies internally to align the business to mutual growth opportunities.
    Develop and recommend account strategies and tactics to maximize the sales and gross profit for both parties.
    Strong performance history with successful experience at National Account Manager level within branded FMCG
    Demonstrated understanding of category management process
    Ability to build great customer relationships; Confidence and ability to develop and present compelling sales presentations.
    Strong sales and negotiation skills
    Strong commercial acumen
