We are currently recruiting for an experienced IT Support Manager who is available to work in a hybrid work setting (2-3 days/week from our London office).
Our Product & Engineering department designs, builds, and deploys software products for a wide range of financial market clients with a primary focus on the fund data value chain.
Our agile teams come together as global solution providers using the latest tools and innovative techniques.The IT Support Manager is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the IT support services that enable FE fundinfo staff to work smoothly and securely across the enterprise.

Your Key Responsibilities As An IT Support ManagerYou ensure the quality of the staff IT experience (timely issue resolution, hardware provision, and 24x7 support availability)
You should prioritize a service mindset, striving for excellence in customer service
You can maintain compliance with ISO27001 standards and internal IT support policies
You should ensure team and delivery adherence to our policies and standards
You will be responsible for managing team member performance throughout the year
You can communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and feedback on IT support services
You need to analyze internal processes and vendor partnerships to maximize value and optimize service delivery
You collaborate with organizational stakeholders for policy-making and enable timely business strategy execution
You should handle IT support services contracts, adjusting them as needed
To join us as an IT Support Manager you will need the following experience and skills:
You bring a robust background in support or service delivery management to the table
You excel at influencing outcomes by effectively engaging with senior stakeholders, ensuring positive results
You are adept at designing, building, and operating customer-centric processes, complete with effective measurement metrics for continual improvement
You possess a solid understanding of the ITIL framework, ISO27001 or other security frameworks, and GDPR requirements (nice to have)
You understand the nuances of vendor and partner management, ensuring delivery to agreed SLAs (nice to have)
