    Join our team at GONG, the award-winning bar located 52 floors above the city, within the Shangri-La Hotel at the iconic Shard. With 20 signature cocktails on our menu (and that's not even counting the classics), we're the epitome of luxury and Asian influence in a high-paced, high-expectations environment.

    You will work with the team to create a seamless setting, elevating the guest experience to new heights, (literally), yes, the rumours are true, we really are one of the most luxurious and "high"-profile bars in London

    We're in search of a bartender with experience in a similar setting, someone who's a connoisseur of wines and spirits, and who exudes professionalism in appearance and attitude. Your role extends beyond GONG; you'll be an integral part of Shangri-La Hotel, embracing our values and beliefs. Your tasks will span crafting cocktails, serving guests with skill, maintaining flawless stock rotation and ensuring a seamless liquor service.
