    Council Salary: CO3 £99,104

    NHS Salary: Band 8C £79,466 - £85,181

    *Secondment Opportunity – Existing permanent employees must first discuss this opportunity with their substantive line manager and complete the secondment request form prior to interview. The Candidate should then take it with them to interview as confirmation that an agreement has been granted.

Do you have the background and professional knowledge to lead a programme of transformational change and continuous improvement to provide a seamless and integrated health and social care service? If so then this role could be for you.

    We are seeking applications from motivated and ambitious individuals, with extensive management and leadership experience, to take up the role of Temporary Head of Integration for an initial 6 month period on an acting up basis (Falkirk Council employees) or as a secondment (NHS Forth Valley employees).

    This will offer time to review the HSCP management structure and ensure that the structure remains fit for purpose and meets our ongoing needs.

    During this period, you will be a key member of the HSCP Senior Leadership team and will support the newly appointed Chief Officer, to deliver the Integration Joint Board's vision for Falkirk, take responsibility for leading a range of community health and care services and ensure adequate Leadership support is in place, whilst the review is ongoing.

    You will bring experience, transformational leadership, and commitment to our HSCP with the background and professional knowledge, to lead a programme of transformational change and continuous improvement to provide a seamless and integrated health and social care service.

    Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership has established three integrated locality teams to deliver its ambition for Falkirk. These teams are critical to transform how we deliver health and social care and to improve health and wellbeing outcomes.
