    Job Description We are currently recruiting for our sales operations team due to internal promotions and team growth to support company growth.

    You will provide exceptional administrative support to our busy sales team by providing quotations for new and existing customers to assist in our growth.

    Working closely and ensuring excellent communication and coordination with the other sales support teams to provide a seamless experience for the customers (internal and external) including business-critical processes such as registrations

    This role will allow someone to take the next step in their sales career and work for a leading energy supplier.

    There is a clearly defined career progression path into sales relationship manager.

    There is a commitment to net-zero and an aim to become one of the world's largest renewable energy companies by the end of this decade.


    Bonus:
    Up to 20% up to £6,221 payable yearly

    Redhill - potential for agile working after 3 months - Office based during induction and training period
    Monday to Friday

    Attend external visits to consultants with Sales Account Managers when required.
    Update and maintain various logs including the contract management system, tender logs.
    Produce and run various reports required by the Sales team/the customer.

    To provide full operational support for the Sales teams.
    Ensure sales are correctly processed by liaising with internal departments and managing despatch of contracts & documentation.

    Prepare reports for Account Managers, handle customer calls, and generally assist in the smooth running of the Operations team function.
