Our client is an esteemed international boutique Investment Bank specializing in project debt and equity development financing across various sectors, including real estate, natural resources, infrastructure, and more.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial executive with a network within Real Estate to join their team in London.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with real estate developers, equity investors, and other key stakeholders within the industry to drive business growth and expand our client base.
• Lead the development and execution of tailored business development strategies to penetrate new markets, capitalize on emerging opportunities, and secure financing mandates for large-scale project debt and equity transactions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to assess client needs, structure financing solutions, and facilitate the seamless execution of transactions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Represent Wimmer Financial at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance our visibility and position as a leading player in the real estate finance sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of senior-level experience within the real estate finance industry, with a proven track record of success in business development, relationship management, and deal origination.
• Extensive network and rolodex within the real estate developer and equity investor community, with a demonstrated ability to leverage relationships to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of global real estate markets, financing structures, and industry trends, with a focus on large-scale project debt and equity transactions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of influencing and persuading stakeholders at all levels.
