If yes, we want to hear from you We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Business Support professional within the Managed Services Directorate at KFM. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our team, with a can do attitude, to provide a wide range of business support. Experience is desirable, however we are also keen under our KFM academy to support development opportunities for candidates where they may not have the full range skills and experience, our advertised salary range reflects this.

    Main duties of the job

    The successful candidate will support the Director and her Senior Management Team. The role holder will work in a fast-paced environment and have the chance to get involved in all areas of the directorate. The role would suit someone who may have previously worked as an Executive / Administrative Assistant, who wants to diversify and expand their skillset. High levels of organisation, attention to detail, clear verbal and written communication as well as having a pro-active attitude are essential to succeeding in the role.
