Sales Executive
Salary DOE (+ Commission scheme)

Monday to Friday (Hours to be agreed between 8.30am - 6.00pm i.e. 8.30am-5pm or 9.00am-5:30pm)

Permanent


Main duties and responsibilities (included but not limited to):

  • Acting as the primary contact point for customers, ensuring to always provide an excellent level of customer service
  • Provide proactive support to the field sales team in developing opportunities for business growth and upselling
  • Answering/handling customer calls, enquiries and complaints in an timely manner
  • Issuing quotations and samples to prospective and existing customers
  • Order processing and tracking
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.

Key Skills:


  • The ability to develop strong product knowledge
  • Previous proactive sales experience
  • Good attention to detail and good administration skills
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and within a sales team structure
  • An understanding of the importance of good customer service
  • Polite, professional and friendly telephone manner
