In this role you will;:


  • Provide strategic business partnering to managers to develop & progress people management solutions
  • Support development/implementation of policies, procedures & processes
  • Identify training needs; design & develop inhouse training
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders & leaders
  • Lead on employee relations activities; drive HR plans
  • Support organisational structure/design; recruitment process
  • Support employee lifecycle (starters/leavers); preemployment checks; induction/benefits; job evaluation
  • Drive positive change for employee experience initiatives including wellbeing
  • Quality, diversity & inclusion agenda; interdepartmental team meetings
  • Adhere to all legislative requirements around equality, diversity etc.

We are looking to speak to people with people who;:

  • possesses a degree and/or CIPD accreditation with experience of working as a HR business partner within a fast paced environment
- demonstrate good generalist experience across all areas of HR operation - resourcing, reward, employee relations and policy development
- have a thorough understanding of UK employment legislation and current HR practice, coupled with experience of handling complex HR issues
- are highly organized individual with ability to manage, prioritise and deliver a number of competing priorities
- are a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
- can evidence of promoting corporate values in addition to effectively contributing at meetings
