- Proactively lead the full end-to-end implementation of company products and funds, as well as institutional client activity such as launches, closures, restructures, fund changes, in-species, mergers, and share classes, as well as seeding and deseeding plans where required.
- Perform and oversee operational set-up, providing accurate instructions both internally and externally.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously, including non-standard complex events, while ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Construct, document, and oversee accurate end-to-end event runbooks and transition plans as required.
- Apply strong ownership, communication skills, and risk management.
- Manage and maintain LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) requests and renewals.
- Carry out several different Identifier and tax reporting requests pertinent to the set-up of new funds, share classes, and field ad hoc vendor queries.
- Oversee a variety of invoice and billing management tasks with the finance team.
- Maintain procedural documents and checklists as required.
- Apply strong communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, risk management awareness, and escalate issues where appropriate.
- Carry out other duties as required and assigned.
