Description
T&G Automotive is a manufacturer of pressure vessels for use on vehicle braking and suspension systems.

We are currently looking to recruit personnel in the following areas;
-
Production Operative
  • Aluminium, to work on the manufacture of Aluminium pressure vessels,The successful applicants will be given full training in the operation and working procedures of the whole manufacturing process from preparation of component parts through robotic welding of the complete vessel onto pressure testing, final inspection and packing for shipment.
The successful applicants will be given full training in the operation and working procedures of specific Machines / Processes,


As an employee of T&G Automotive your working week will be 39 hours based on a 2 shift system rotating on a weekly basis as follows;-
WEEK 1 Monday - Thursday 06:00-14:00, Friday 06:00 - 13:00 (pay rate £11.22 per hour / £437.58 per week)

WEEK 2 Monday - Wednesday 14:00-00:00, Thursday 14:00 - 23:00 (pay rate 12.46 per hour / £485.94 per week)

As shift workers your break times are within the above working hours and are paid.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£11.22-£12.46 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shildon, DL4 2RD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
