Want to be one of the hundreds of people that work together to make Formula 1 happen? We need a Cargo Coordinator to add their skills to the force behind the sport.

Ensuring the movement of the F1, F2 and F3 freight.

Based at our Media & Technology Centre in Biggin Hill, reporting into the Cargo Operations Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate the movement of all F1, F2 and F3 to and from events, including the completion of necessary paperwork, in line with health and safety and legal requirements
  • Liaise with F1, F2 and F3 teams and airlines on a regular basis
  • Respond to routine queries
  • Produce aircraft load manifests and related flight documents
  • Liaise with the Manager on a regular basis to keep them informed of matters arising from daytoday activities

Specification:

  • Excellent Administration skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Proven organisation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Ability to work under pressure and in periods of downtime
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Worldwide Travel for extended periods, at times on own
  • Driving license with experience driving overseas
  • Forklift License preferred
