Position available for a full time Stock controller for a 17 strong, family run, independent pub company in London.

Reporting directly to the (your new title) and the Operations Manager.

Previous hospitality stocktake and/or accounts experience desirable but not essential.

Key responsibilities of the Stock Controller:

• Regular liquor stocktaking for all 17 pubs on a cycle. (3 stocks a week on average)
• Maintaining key sheets such as retail prices, cost pricing and gross profit margins for each pub.
• Organising and cross referencing delivery notes.
• Performing random cash checks on pubs.
• Reviewing and maintaining the Health & Safety folders for each pub each pub.
