Performing administration tasks within the Advisory & Inspection team including operational functions, invoicing and customer support.
Providing non-technical operational support to the technical advisors to support with the delivery of retailer programmes and liaising with other external bodies via email and telephone.
Record all actions and communications on bespoke workflow system (CRM tool).Ownership of multiple email inboxes and telephone calls.
Have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Packages.
