The Role - _

Due to sustained growth, we are currently seeking a
Business Support Assistant, with a varying level of experience toassist with many aspects of the business.


Typical Responsibilities MAY Include some of the below aspects

:


  • Planning and scheduling own workload so that all activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Organisation of all maintenance suppliers that service both the premises and business.
  • Participate in and contribute to administrative continuous improvement activities.
  • Processing of staff expenses.
  • Receive supplier invoices and assist with the supplier purchase order system.
  • Maintenance of company vehicles and the company vehicle database. Arranging and managing service schedules, documentation and delivering vehicles where necessary.
  • Assist in promoting company's online presence via online platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook.
  • Progress reporting (daily or as appropriate depending on the requirement).
  • Maintaining internal stock including stationary, consumables, advertising materials and refreshments.
  • Organisation and development of the internal online and physical storage systems.
  • Organisation of general housekeeping of the building.
  • Assist in conducting a wide range of detailed research tasks.
  • Maintaining PPE and staff uniform, including renewals and storage.
  • Maintaining the equipment database and arranging calibration and servicing.
  • Maintenance and development of the company asset register.
  • Organising staff accommodation and expenses as required.
  • General PA duties to senior management and project managers.
  • Finance and accounting support.
  • Bookkeeping duties.
  • System support.
  • Procurement of new suppliers.
  • Collate supplier details e.g. profiles for people their certificates, DBS etc
  • Create caveats for survey quotes create templates of caveats for each survey type which can then be customised if needed.
  • Confirm access arrangements for surveys double checking days before to make sure arrangements are confirmed.
  • Basic document formatting e.g. stripping sensitive info for information packs we need to send to suppliers for quotes.
  • General project admin duties chasing quotes and reports from suppliers. Following up on submitted quotes and information requests from client/suppliers.
  • Respond to client queries within 1 hour.

  • Full, Clean driving licence is required.
