Marketing Events Coordinator - Wimbledon, United Kingdom - Oleeo
Description
What will you be doing?- This role requires someone who is highly organised, articulate, works well under pressure and is great at building relationships. You will be working on varied events across the globe and will be responsible for their execution. You will work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and customer success to ensure each event is meticulously executed.
Whilst the role is based at Wimbledon there is flexibility to work from home as well, but you would be required to attend all events in the UK and some in the US.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Book events in the UK and
USA:
Exhibitions, roundtables, panel discussions, speaking sessions, customer gatherings etc
- Work closely with the marketing team on key messaging and advertising Oleeo's participation
- Ensure our brand and key messaging is prominent when organising and designing stands
- Coordinate the logistics (stand setup, swag, marketing collateral) prior to the event and on the day
- Organise and coordinate Oleeo representatives (manage sales team, product, and CEO diaries for attendance at the events)
- Ensure there is a strategy to capture leads and/or feedback (scanner etc)
- Consolidate the results and report to the marketing team
- Track ROI on events (how many leads converted)

- Oleeo employees are required to undertake security clearance checks which require you to have lived in the UK for the past 5 years
