Description

An Interim CIP and Efficiency Lead is required for a Acute NHS Trust.

As the CIP and Efficiency lead you will be responsible for driving the savings and efficiency plan, working with all the relevant departments to turn plans into actual savings delivery.

You will need to be an experienced interim who can demonstrate experience of delivering Cost Improvement Programmes within an Acute NHS Trust at a senior Band 9 level to be considered for this role.

As the CIP and Efficiency Lead, your role with be to check and challenge the relevant teams on their individual CIP plans and drive the Cost improvement Plan Trust wide.

You will need to have a strong understanding of the operational teams in Trusts in order to support them with their CIP targets and have good financial understanding in order to bring together the CIP plan.

The role is offered on a mainly remote working basis but with flexibility to be able to attend any key workshops and meetings on an ad hoc basis as when required, likely once a month or so.

IR35 status has yet to be determined.
