    Fabric Coordinator:
    (Mens & Womenswear Brand)
    Exciting opportunity to be part of a successful Design Led Brand.

    Looking for a skilled Fabric Coordinator or Raw Materials Product Developer specializing in fabric & trims for a luxurious mens & womenswear brand.

    The perfect candidate should have 2-3 years of luxury market experience. You will lead the process from inception to final production. Providing technical advice to ensure top-notch quality, wash & fabric.

    Immediate availability preferred, but willing to wait for the right fit.

    Fabric Coordinator: (Mens & Womenswear Brand) The Role

    • Oversee the lifecycle of all Fabrics and Trims from development to production across various bespoke projects & stock collections.
    • Create & process purchase orders for fabric, trim, and product purchases (using Zedonk) for initial and repeat orders.
    • Build strong relationships with factories and mills globally.
    • Update BOM files for purchase tracking and prices.
    • Collaborate with the Design team to bring their creative ideas to life, ensuring innovation and continuous enhancement.
    • Supervise sustainability initiatives and compliance, ensuring fair practices with partners.
    • Manage raw materials in transit for Production to CMT locations, handling freight quotes and production support.
    • Ensure accurate communication of cloth and trim details to stakeholders and maintain status updates.
    • Prevent excess raw material creation and manage excess effectively.
    • Review supplier performance feedback and determine response strategies.
    • Ensure system effectiveness, data accuracy, and provide textile knowledge to all teams.
    • Approve material and development spending invoices and care guidelines for client handover.
    • Forecast project purchases for cash flow overview.

    Fabric Coordinator: (Mens &
    Womenswear Brand: The Candidate

    • Minimum 3 years of luxury market experience.
    • Experience in managing raw materials in a similar fashion company or fabric manufacturing background.
    • Strong negotiation and industry knowledge.
    • Highly organized, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Interest in Sustainable supply chain and cloth certification.
    • Excellent communicator, proficient in managing conflicting priorities.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in multitasking with excellent time management.
    • Energetic, flexible, and positive in high-pressure situations.
    • Knowledge of Zedonk is a plus.
