Do you have excellent finance experience and are looking for your next role as an Accounts Assistant?


My lovely client in Bradley Stoke is looking for a full time Accounts Assistant to join their team due to expansion.

This role is office based, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30. Salary is up to £25k PA depending on experience.


Duties include

  • Assisting with Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger duties.
  • Processing Invoices and Purchase Orders.
  • Credit Control.
  • Preparation of client sales invoices including posting to Sage.
  • Provide timely and accurate accounting reconciliations of credit card purchases, expenses, foreign currency transactions, and petty cash.
  • Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
  • Maintain daily and uptodate records of all activities and contact with clients.
  • Administrative duties as and when required by the Financial Controller.
