Do you have excellent finance experience and are looking for your next role as an Accounts Assistant?
My lovely client in Bradley Stoke is looking for a full time Accounts Assistant to join their team due to expansion.
Duties include
- Assisting with Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger duties.
- Processing Invoices and Purchase Orders.
- Credit Control.
- Preparation of client sales invoices including posting to Sage.
- Provide timely and accurate accounting reconciliations of credit card purchases, expenses, foreign currency transactions, and petty cash.
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Maintain daily and uptodate records of all activities and contact with clients.
- Administrative duties as and when required by the Financial Controller.
