Content Designer


We're looking for a Content Designer who can build simple, human and engaging experiences to join our fast-growing content design team here at Kindred Group Kindred group is home to 9 of Europe's most successful online gambling brands (you will probably have heard of Unibet and 32 Red).


You'll be working across our international brands, shaping experiences that make a difference to the lives of millions of sports betting, casino and bingo players.

What you'll be doing

  • Making our the content across our 9 brands and products easier to use and more engaging for the customer.
  • Working with Product Designers to improve user journeys, create frictionless microcopy that inspires action.
  • Acting as the voice of content design on design projects, making sure endtoend journeys meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Using research techniques, to quickly identify what's working in our journeys and opportunities to improve them.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs and bring them on board while advocating the value of usercentred design.
  • You'll work with UX researchers to identify gaps in user understanding and make content recommendations to resolve them.
  • Creating journey maps, working in Figma and doing content research activities.
  • Working with UX researchers to identify gaps in user understanding and make content recommendations to resolve them.
  • You'll also write, edit, test and improve existing content across our brands.

We are looking for people who:

  • Have a human centred and inclusive approach to content creation.
  • Driven by understanding user need and aligning with business needs.
  • Look at insights and ask 'so what does that tell us about user behaviour?
  • Can build a hypothesis, change course, and adapt your approach as a result of user feedback.
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and can break it down as part of a crossfunctional team.
  • Able to take complex product problems and design ways to make them simple.
  • Can advocate of datadriven design and be able to explain how data informs your design.
  • Enjoy building relationships, hearing different perspectives and bringing stakeholders on the journey with you.
  • Are comfortable giving and receiving feedback on designs to reach the best solution that balances user and business needs.
  • Have experience in a content design or UX writer role and have handson writing skills.
  • Have an open and friendly approach to working with others. As a strong collaborator, you'll work closely and build relationships with other designers, researchers, developers and product owners.

The Interview Process:


We'll be asking you to share worked examples of where you have taken a problem and created content solutions to those problems.


We're interested in how you got to your decision, what research you did and how that influenced your content decisions.


We're asking you in advance so you can have time to think about your approach and examples and the interview is less stressful.
