Behaviour Mentor - Croydon - Asap - £80-£100 a day (depending on experience)

In order to support a secondary school in Croydon, Teach360 are currently on the lookout for a Behaviour Mentor to join their team.

In order to be considered for this position, the ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working with young people suffering from SEMH, SEN, or challenging behaviour.

This will help you to build a strong relationship with your students

Work in close cooperation with other members of staff, such as Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, and Pastoral Support Workers if necessary
Observing and evaluating pupils' responses to learning activities and interventions through observation and evaluation of their learning results
